We follow a gentle, three-step path: Step 1: Oracle Insights & Intuitive Coaching (The Mind) We begin our time together by pulling Oracle Cards. This beautiful, gentle tool acts as a visual anchor to mirror what your soul is navigating and unlock your inner wisdom. From there, we move into an intuitive coaching dialogue to unpack limiting beliefs, gain radical clarity, and map out your path forward. Step 2: Deep Energy Therapy & Usui Reiki (The Spirit) Next, you will rest comfortably, fully clothed, on a healing table. I weave together the gentle, traditional flow of Usui Reiki and the precise clearing power of Integrative Energy Therapy (IET®). Together, these modalities restore your vital life force, dissolve energetic blocks, and pull stress out of your tissues at a deep cellular level. Step 3: Compassionate Integration & Grounding (The Body) We wrap up our time together by gently anchoring your energy so you feel entirely safe and supported. As a Certified Grief Educator and holistic practitioner, I hold a sacred, non-judgmental container for your healing journey. Whether you are moving through the ending of a chapter, a personal loss, or everyday burnout, I will help you process any messages from Spirit and integrate the shifts from your session.
